Our Story
Network infrastructure is at the core of what we do.
Jimmy began working in the industry in 2005, gaining experience across network infrastructure and electrical work before establishing Cable Care Company in 2012.
Over time, the business developed a strong focus on commercial networking — particularly warehouses, logistics facilities, corporate offices and multi-location projects — while maintaining licensed electrical capability for projects requiring supporting power and electrical work.
Today, Cable Care operates with a small experienced team, allowing projects to remain closely supervised while still supporting larger installations and national network work when required.

Dimitrios “Jimmy” Triantafillou
Founder · Project Lead · Master Electrician
Jimmy is meticulous, detail-oriented and personally invested in the quality of Cable Care’s work. He places particular importance on quality workmanship, clear communication, personal client relationships and delivering what was promised.
Jimmy manages projects and oversees final quality rather than simply handing the project off after the quote is accepted.

Cable Care’s work is supported by a small male field team with varied backgrounds and practical jobsite experience. This structure allows the business to stay responsive while keeping workmanship and communication closely supervised.

How We Work
A clear, practical process.
Understand
Review the site, operational requirements, existing infrastructure and project objectives.
Plan
Coordinate network, fibre, Wi-Fi and electrical requirements before installation wherever possible.
Install & Verify
Complete the work carefully, test installed infrastructure and address deficiencies as they arise.
Handover
Review completion with the client and provide testing or project documentation where required.
Direct Accountability
A small team, closely supervised.
With approximately five technicians, clients maintain a direct relationship with Jimmy. Qualified subcontractors may be added for specialized or larger projects while Cable Care remains the primary project contact.
